A Moscow bus crash that left 18 dead and more than 20 injured, including two children, was captured on the dashboard camera of a passing vehicle on Saturday. A truck carrying roadbuilding supplies collided with the N1033 city transit bus, which sheared into two sections.
Some 30 ambulance crews were rushed to the site, which occured in a section of the city referred to as “new” Moscow, an area recently incorporated into the urban border.
The driver of the truck was apparently at fault as he did not let the bus pass through the intersection, according to preliminary statements. The driver is currently in police custody and under questioning
